All my silver and gold chains are tarnish resistant and hypo allergenic (not only nickel and lead free but also enamel covered to prevent allergies and tarnishing). Of course all my chains cannot be worn in water and shouldn't be worn with perfume to extend the life of the shine, especially the gold plated steel chains. All my silver chains can be cleaned with most silver cleaning products (I recommend a polishing cloth). I can easily change the length of your chain and as always I can change just about anything else so don't be afraid to ask.
