PROCESSING TIME:

Processing time is not included in delivery time. Each piece is made by hand so allow 3-5 days to create your item. Weekends are not included in processing time.

REGULAR SHIPPING:

• Since Canada Post has been so unreliable I now use alternative couriers like Intelcom, Uni Uni or ICS which will depend on location. Shipping takes 2-10 days depending on location. If you live somewhere rural or have a PO Box I will have to use Canada Post which could take 10-20 days. Upgrades are available when checking out. 
• Shipping to the U.S takes approximately 5-10 business days (tracking/insurance is included). Upgrades available. 
• Shipping to Europe includes tracking and insurance. Estimated delivery time is 10-20 days. 
  
  
  *For international parcels I am not able to retrieve mail that was returned due to delivery address issues. So please make sure you have the address written correctly as your parcel cannot be retrieved or reimbursed*
